Lindsay Lohan arriving back in LA
A few days after she had s10,000 stolen from her car (nice move), there’s been even more bad luck for Lindsay Lohan. Well, we say bad luck – we actually mean ‘being a bit of a div’.
According to Radar Online, Lindsay, who has been on holiday in Hawaii, managed to miss her flight home. Which then got nicely spun by her PR into ‘Lindsay Lohan was delayed in Hawaii due to a travel-related issue.’ That’s definitely the line we’re using to our boss next time we get up too late.
Lindsay was due back in LA to film an episode of Ellen, where she was going to talk about the shoot she’s done for this issue of Playboy. Sadly, the ‘travel-related issue’ meant that she didn’t get there in time, and the interview won’t be rearranged.

She did make it back to LA eventually, which is handy, as she’s due in court on Wednesday for a ‘progress hearing on her theft case’. We assume this means they check her pockets and make sure she’s not been helping herself to anything else.

Apparently though, this court appearance should go well for Lindsay. A source close to Lindsay, who seems to know a lot about all this legal business says she’s been a ‘model probationer.’
“Judge Sautner gave Lindsay a new probation officer at her last court appearance,” they told Radar Online. “Her new probation officer is absolutely no nonsense, and she has seen it all. Lindsay has been a model probationer so far.
“Lindsay has made scheduled meetings with her probation officer, has completed her court ordered community service requirement of 12 days by the progress report hearing and attended all her psychological counselling sessions. Lindsay has actually completed more than the basic requirement of 12 days, and she is ahead of schedule to finish her duties at the morgue by March 29 2012.”
Oh the morgue – we’d forgotten about community service at the morgue.

The travel-related issue is the latest drama for Lindsay, following her bag being stolen last week – it was eventually returned by a local, but with the cash missing. She was also upset that her Playboy cover leaked online before it was on-sale, and was then closely followed by the pictures from inside.

When she did make it back to LA, Lindsay went on a night out with her sister Ali to see Jay-Z in concert. We bet she had a right old sing along to that one about having 99 problems.
