Lindsay Lohan, who has been in the news as of late because of her large amount of community service required so as to avoid jail time and because of her leaked Playboy pictures, is now making more headlines. She freaked out when someone stole her purse in Hawaii this weekend. Why the freakout? Well, her passport was inside, as was $10,000 cash.
TMZ has the audio of her meltdown. She says, “I will f****** kill someone if I even have to get questioned [inaudible] jail for a year.”
If she had been stranded in Hawaii, she would have missed a court date this coming Wednesday (Dec. 14).
But TMZ says her passport and court documents permitting travel were returned, along with her $5000 Chanel purse. But she’s still missing the cash.
TMZ also adds that Lohan can be heard saying, “My dad will kill me,” which is interesting considering Michael Lohan and Lindsay’s contentious relationship.
But let’s focus on the part of how she took off for Hawaii during a time when maybe she should just keep her head down and do her community service. And why on earth did she have $10,000 with her?
And just as an aside – since when do you need a passport to go to Hawaii. It’s a state. That’d be like needing a passport to go to Illinois.
